How do I use Shroums extract?
- Take a full dropper (1ml) once a day. You can mix it straight into any drink of your choice or place it under your tongue.
- If mixing our tinctures, you can also take one full dropper (1ml) of each tincture.
- You can take up to a max of 2ml per day of each tincture.
