	AM Routine: Chaga, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail
	PM Routine: Chaga, Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Shiitake, Turkey Tail

How do I use Shroums extract?

• Take a full dropper (1ml) once a day. You can mix it straight into any drink of your choice or place it under your tongue.
• If mixing our tinctures, you can also take one full dropper (1ml) of each tincture.
• You can take up to a max of 2ml per day of each tincture.
