Ingredients

  • Shiitake: Shiitake Fruiting Body Extract, Purified Water, Ethanol.
  • Reishi: Reishi Fruiting Body Extract, Purified Water, Ethanol.

Directions / Usage

  • Start with 1ml of each extract daily.
  • Increase to 2ml of each daily if required.
  • Take directly under the tongue or mix into water or another drink of your choice.
  • Shiitake can be taken at any time of day; Reishi is ideal later in the day or evening.
